The Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt like family the minute I walked thru the door!! I have zero knowledge of guitars, but I went to Brent's Music Headquarters because a friend recommended them. I opened... the door and, Charlie greeted me with this enormous smile and hello! I explained that I know nothing about electric guitars, but it's a life long dream to learn to play. Charlie proceeded to patiently answer my questions and showed me options I might consider. He never once made me feel inferior because of the questions I was asking. He made me feel very important as a customer! With Charlie's expertise, I selected a beautiful electric guitar and amplifier.. Steve stepped in and assisted Charlie with the final accessories I needed. When everything was completed, Charlie insisted on carrying my guitar and amplifier to the car. I understand why they have remained in business for so many years, regardless of national chain music stores and online shopping! It's great to realize I can go back to Brent's Music Headquarters, with any questions, any concerns, and I will be treated like a very important person! Absolutely outstanding experience! I left the parking lot with a beautiful guitar, a delightful experience and the contentment of knowing I just found a very special music store !read more
